All proceeds from the Gala go to Whenuakite School. We would like to keep to the high standard of stalls we are renowned for with preferably quality NZ made produce and goods.

Before completing the application form, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions, as these form part of the application contract. From this year on we have to have a copy of the Health and Safety plan for each stall. Please complete both forms and email to firstname.lastname@example.org preferably by September 1st 2017.
Unless you have been pre-approved please do not send payment with your application.
We will try to notify you if your application is sucessful by 31 October 2018, and advise you of bank account details for your deposit.
EFTPOS facility will be available for cash, on the day, at the Fire Brigade.
Please book ahead, as this will be the busiest time of year for accomodation and camping sites.
